Withdrawal of Government Notices and incorporation of health and safety standards: Driven machinery regulations 18(11) was published under GNR. 1075 in Government Gazette 34876 of 21 December 2011. This notice repeals notices GNR. 158 of 18 February 2005 and GNR. 683 of 15 July 2005 as well as replaces GNR. 145 of 18 February 2005 2. Incorporation of Health and Safety Standards into the Pressure Equipment Regulations, 2009 was published under GNR. 79 in Government Gazette 34995 of February 2012. This includes Guidance Notes to the Pressure Equipment Regulations. |
